Scott Mortenson earned his law degree in 1997 from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, OR, following his completion of a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Washington. He holds licenses as a Professional Fiduciary and National Certified Guardian.

As a private, professional fiduciary, Mr. Mortenson has cultivated strong relationships with an exceptional network of investment advisors, estate planning attorneys, and CPAs.

 

His extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate investment complements his services, enabling him to offer comprehensive assistance and negotiate optimal fees for his clients.

With over 20 years of law firm experience, Mr. Mortenson is adept at collaborating effectively with clients' attorneys and seamlessly integrating with their families' trusted advisors, including financial advisors, estate planning attorneys, tax advisors, insurance partners, and other family consultants.
